As a professional face painter I prefer to use actual paints than crayons, (the same company sell paints too and they are great quality), but small children find it much easier to use crayons than paints. You don’t need to add water and there is no need to mix them – they just twist up and can be used straight away. The kids loved the stencils and this meant they could play independently so I could get on with other things while they played. I also didn’t have any mess to clear up afterwards so that was a bonus! These crayons have a plastic outer case which protects them so they don’t snap, and they are easy to use as you just twist the bottom of the crayon. They work really well on the face and there is a good variety of colours included in this set.
