I researched these before buying them and they currently seem the best value for money for a 100% RDA Vitamin B complex on Amazon. I've just been diagnosed with clinical depression; I have been really struggling, having 'off the scale' crazy moments and not looking after myself very well (feeling crappy and just eating junk basically). I discussed all of this with a mate who is a doctor and he recommended a few supplements to help me out with both energy levels and mental health. I've been taking these for a week and a half now, I do feel more settled mentally and I certainly seem to have more energy and motivation. I am also taking magnesium citrate on my mate’s advice and some tranquiliser like anti depressants issued by my GP so these may well be contributing too ? I am looking to start taking hemp oil for omega 3 & 6 too, I hope this will also help me. In summary, I'm happy with the way things are going so far and I feel these pills are a good part of that, I will certainly continue to take these.

Needed good B complex to include all the B's and this fits the bill. Pleased that they are just the 100% so no chance of taking too much of a particular 'B'. Also already take several tablets for medical reasons (and advised B vits would help as well) but have difficulty swallowing tablets and not really keen on taking more! However, these are so nice and small and can be swallowed easily, smooth as well, not rough in the throat as some tablets can be. Sent out promptly and good value for money.

Last time i tried a b-complex they gave me hot flushes, and no one wants those eh, but Innopure Vitamin B-Complex now what a difference to the ones i took a few years ago. I suffer PMS and Endometriosis, and the pain from the blood clotting illness is unbearable. So when i got chatting to a lady in work she told me about these vitamin b complex. I received these over 2 weeks ago, and wanted to take them first before i gave you a review. I have noticed a difference, no hot flushes which is what happened with the other brand. Hardly any pain, feel really relaxed, sleeping better, before i had insomnia, now i just get in bed and i fall asleep which is abit of a surprise to me, having had insomnia for 8 years. I think the more i take these supplements the lesser the symptoms. On a plus side in 2 weeks of taking these supplements i have lost 6 lb in weight, and i have tried so hard for 3 months to lose weight and because of the chronic inflammation the weight just did not move. Also very impressed that they are suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans and have been approved by both The Vegetarian & Vegan Societies. They are manufactured in the UK also!! I have noticed my skin feels soft, my boyfriend asked me if i had been using a particular lotion, but seriously its winter, i don't think about lotions until Spring ready for Summer, but my skin feels really soft and smooth, now that is a bonus eh!! I take one every morning. I have read from other reviews some take more, but one works well for me. Its almost time for the dreaded painters, and the PMS hasn't appeared yet, so maybe Auntie Flo will behave this month!!

I've had a lot of problems with B vitamins over the years, but need to take them as I'm a vegetarian. Innopure are definitely the best brand I've tried. The tablets are small and free of everything bad - including artificial sweetners. I started on the plain B12 (excellent) but then thought I'd risk the complex even though in the past other brands have made me vomit. These are great. No nausea, no vomiting. And since I've been using them my energy levels are high and my insomnia is dramatically improved. If you are in two minds, give them a try. You won't regret it.

Pills are small although porosive and therefore not easy to swallow for me. I do like the packaging, less waste and small for travel. Can’t really say anything about if pills are working or not as I haven’t been taking them regularly

Having fibromyalgia the chronic fatigue really takes its toll on me. These have reduced the fatigue gradually and give me an increase in energy. They to have cleared my brain fog allowing me to have more clarity in my thoughts and have reduced my irritability. My mood is better and l tend to be surprised at how often l catch myself smiling. I won't be running a marathon, but being able to be active and do my yoga makes me feel l have been given some of my old self back as well as my life. It is amazing how taking a supplement could have such a positive effect on someone's life, I will keep on taking them, and with time, l hope to see even more positive results. Great price and very easy to swallow as they are very small tablets.
