No you cannot turn off the RGB while using the mic. But you can mute the microphone which turns of rgb

Not from the given cable but u could connect it from type c to c cable which u have to buy seperately. But i don't know why would you use it from phone just buy boya 300rs mic if you wanna use it from phone.
