The bottle lists three different sizes of MG what is the actual milligrams of berberine in each capsule?

This supplement is in the form of extracts rather than powder so it is difficult to be sure since there is more mg in a smaller amt of extract. However, I have been taking 2 larger capsules daily to get 500mg Berberine and 500mg Cinnamon plus 3 larger capsules daily to get 1500 mg Tumeric with Bioperene, plus another daily capsule the other ingredients in this single capsule. That combination had been working very well for my husband and I, but that was 6 large capsules daily. At first I was concerned we would not get the same benefits from only one capsule. However, we have been taking it for a week now and we are already getting lower blood sugar readings, less pain, more energy than we had experienced before. So, that tells me this is a better combination and must be more absorbable in this single, slightly smaller extract.

Why are you misleading with your graphics showing 3000mg of berberine when it's actually 200mg per pill?

It is not “concentrated”. They trick you to think it is “concentrated”. Berberine has to be extracted from somewhere, and it so from 3g herb they use, in the end they only extract 200mg

They claim "high potency" but there is only 200mg of berberine. what's the story?

on the bottle its states Berberine extract 15:1 200 mg Underneath that it states equivalent to Berberine dry herb 3000mg

I found this product very easy on my stomach - I had no side effects! It contains black pepper extract to increase absorption. I found it really helped with my methanogen SIBO symptoms and would definitely use this product again.

I started having 1 of these capsule a day to see if it would help improve some of my PCOS symptoms. There are plenty of studies out there on the positive effects of berberine to control fasting blood glucose, which in turn, will help reduce insulin resistance. I noticed results after about 3-4 weeks: I didn't crash as hard after meals and it helped maintained my blood sugar level throughout the day. Will continue using this product
