No it does not fit a 32 oz insulated thermos. Only a 32 oz plastic bottle no insulation. It fits a 24 oz insulated thermos/bottle.

Will this fit a standard size Nalgene bottle?

My water bottle is a different brand, mine is a 24 oz. Bubba insulated cup. It is just under 3" wide across the bottom and gets slightly wider at the top. It barely fits. I had to wiggle and force it in, then I couldn't get it out and had to have my husband help me.
