Can I have the remote turn on two outlets with a single click (not lamp 1 and then lamp 2)?

YES! To do this, you will need to first RESET the outlets, and then program them to a single remote button. To reset, unplug the two outlets in questions from power. Press and hold the Learning button on the outlet, and then plug in the outlet and wait for the light to stop blinking. Then press and hold the Learning button again until the light flashes again, and press the desired button on your remote (say, remote button #1) to sync the outlet and remote together. Do this same process to your second outlet. Now when you press the #1 button on your remote, both outlets will turn on with a single click!

If you buy two sets of the 3 oulets, will they interfere with each others frequency and operate both sets of #1, #2, #3 etc.?

My experience with similar products is: If you buy several, the remotes will work on each. In other words they have the same frequency. I expect these are the same. So, if you buy 100 of these sets, you won't get 300 frequencies. You will get the same 3 frequencies 100 times. I found that worked well for my uses.

Why does the lamp go out after 10 second? Manufacturr should answer.

I’ve ordered 2 sets and they both shut off after 10 seconds… returning again again and buying another brand. I’ve had a smart switch for 10 years and never had this issue.
