How will i know how much magnesium is entering my body?for example in oral supplements its written in the nutrition facts. How will i know how much Mg

It’s different to rub it into your skin as to taking a pill. The pill has to go through your entire digestive system to get broke down to enter your blood stream. When sprayed or rubbed on it’s being absorbed into your bloodstream. Kind like sugar or other simple carbs because it breaks down as soon as it hits your tongue. Also about the overdose question, she has a very detailed explanation of that when you order she sent a detailed explanation of how much you are getting with your application. I believe she also gives the same details in the ad just need to read deep into it. Good luck

How’s this working as a natural deodorant for anyone ?

I use this as a topical pain reliever, not as a deodorant.

Will this help with toe and finger cramps and spasms?

Hi, it helps my husband with leg cramps in his calf. I spray it directly onto his calf and massage it gently. The cramp usually goes away in less than a minute. I also use it on myself for foot, ankle and back pain. It instantly soothes. It's a great product! Hope it helps you too : )
