100% whole grain Freekeh bulgur is quick cooking, premium quality U.S. #1 grade roasted green hard Durum what used in a variety of nutritionally balanced food products. Freekeh is roasted green wheat, usually from immature Durum. It is high in dietary fiber, protein and vitamins and minerals. It is rich in probiotic properties, low allergenic properties and low glycemic index. It is manufactured under proprietary technology by mechanically harvesting, triple cleaning, parboiling, drying, cracking and sifting to uniform particle sizes customized to meet specific functional properties. It is high in fiber, manganese, magnesium, and iron.
