I receive this for my toddler and it asks for a PIN code to unlock,I can’t find one as there’s no manual in the box.If you resell an item it’s best to reset factory settings at least.Disappointed dad.

Battery drains from 100% to zero in 30-40 minutes. It's very disappointing. The Amazon Fire was 100x better. It looks cheap and feels that way in every detail. I won't recommend to buy it

I would give it more stars if it has a separate session for parental control.

Item wrapped for Christmas and opened on Christmas Day. We realized it is a used item but not sure how to return it now as we bought it almost a month ago.

After couple of days the charging of the device didn't work well. As soon as I have contacted the seller, they have responded very well and guide me for the steps. since it didn't work they have arranged the replacement and it reached the following day. 子供が RWT7063 で喜んで遊んでおり、 十分な性能で価格もリーズナブルで とても良い商品だと思います。 ポイっと投げてしまうこともあるものの 保護ケースが分厚く安心感があります。 保護ケースの穴と USB Type-C 充電端子の 位置が少しずれていて干渉しており、 充電ケーブルをまっすぐ挿入すると 応力が掛かった状態になることから、 (個人責任にはなりますが) ナイフで保護ケースの穴を切削して少し広げ まっすぐ挿入できるようにしておくと、 過去のレビューで挙がっていた 充電端子の破損を防げるかと思います。 7 インチタブレット用の安価な保護フィルムは 100 円ショップでは売っていませんでしたが、 Nintendo Switch 用のガラス保護フィルムだと 保護ケースに干渉することもなく、 ちょうど良いサイズで流用できました。 購入から 7 か月経って、 一時的に充電がうまく進まなくなり、 一日半、放置したところ 充電が進むようになりました。 アビー様に相談したところ迅速にご対応下さり、 結局、返金でご対応頂くことができました。 出品者評価にも記載しましたが、 サポートが手厚いため安心して使うことができます。

2022.12/22に1個、 2023.4月半ばにもう一個 合計2個購入しましたが、どちらも充電しても付かなくなり、アプリも起動しなくなりました。 2つとも1年経っていないので、何か補償対応をしていただければと思うのですが、どちらに連絡して良いかもわかりません。 クリスマスプレゼント、誕生日プレゼントとして それぞれ購入したものなので、子供がガッカリしています。

画面が思ったより小さいですし画質もまあまあかな。ケースの厚みで充電する際、挿しにくいですね。
