Very happy with this thermometer. Quick, easy, accurate and within one degree of my other thermometer that was slowly dying.

Edited broke after 2 months
I needed a thermometer for checking foods and didnt want to spend crazy money on one. I found this one and it's great easy to use easy to read the cover slides off and attaches to the back as an extension. Dont spend more of something you use a few times a week this one works perfect reads temp pretty fast. (Edited) I used for about 2 months and the display stopped working fully then started saying things were negative degrees and jumping all over the place not reading correctly was impressed at first as you can see I left original review up

Favourite tool in the kitchen, I clean it under a boiling water tap, always hits 99.6c which gives great confidence in it's accuracy.

Worked well for a while, sadly I briefly rinsed it under a light stream of water and it died. How is this possible? Unless the IP65 rating is not really true. Disappointed.
