I put the shirts in the dryer briefly. Then, when they're still damp, I put them on the hangers. The slot on the top lets you put the t-shirt on through the neck with out stretching out the neck.I use these hangers for T-shirts, pants, shirts, scarves, and coats. For a heavier garment, like a coat, I use two of them. The non-slip pads hold garments in place, and I don't get bumps.The swivel hook does not work well, in my opinion.
