Love this! I collect these for my office! I had to buy it cuz it was the closest representation of my mercedes! And it lights up , has an alarm , and engine noises!

Overall I like the toy enough to give as a gift, and really like the color; but I wanted to check it out before giving the gift. Both boxes were dusty, and both cars were dusty inside the box as well. There was no tape to let you know if someone else had opened the toy box. Upon opening to inspect the car, the doors opened easily with little pressure and the back hatch opened easily. However, after closing the hood, I could not open it again. No buttons on the outside of the car to open the hood, and slight pressure on the hood in various locations did not open the hood. CAUTION: The car doors and back trunk door and the hood start to close with a little pressure, but then snap fast! Little children need to be taught not to put fingers underneath hood and trunk when closing and not between car door and inside area when closing doors because it snaps shut fast and might hurt them. This fast snap is why I give it 4 stars, instead of 5, plus one car had a streak on the inside of the sunroof, which I could not seem to wipe away with a damp cloth, which I was using to wipe dust off, and then dried the cars. I also had to dust the boxes, one side had a small tear on the box. The car comes on a stand, which I like, but it is attached to the stand using small screws. I decided not to unscrew the car from the stand to check for a hood open button underneath the car body. Also, I did not check inside the car for a hood open button, even though I can easily open the doors, as shown in the product page photos. While the exterior is really nice, the interior looks more like molded plastic. I forgot to check out the steering wheel, to see if it turns, and I forgot to see if the wheels rolled easily, which could have been checked while on the stand. After the gift is received, I might update this review.
