This is already the fifth time (or maybe even more) that I’ve purchased this women’s probiotic, and I absolutely love it. I started taking it for gut health and constipation relief after a long period of antibiotic therapy, and it has made a big difference for me. I feel much lighter, more comfortable, and my digestion feels much better overall. I usually take it about 30 minutes before food, and it works perfectly for me. I really feel like I finally found what I was looking for. The quality is great, and the results are noticeable. I’ve recommended it to my friends, and they love it too. Very BAD, probiotics ( not sure if its a probiotics ) should be stopped selling, i have huge allergy with big round red spots on on my body ( rash) after taking and also giving hard dizziness and headache, im almost fainting, i could not wark even.

I noticed an improvement in my skin, hair and overall energy when I started using it! also my bowel movement was very healthy and regulated. many around me said that my stomach looked flatter (I guess it helped the bloating go away) I recommend this and I repurchased already

I drink this every single day. It doesn’t taste like anything and is not chalky it’s very much not noticeable and it’s been working like a charm. it does exactly what it says it does and is a great bargain!

I bought these and shared them with my daughter who now swears by them. Tasteless in whatever liquid you use, just pour in and it dissolves fast. So easy, and works so well. Worth every penny!

I use one every day for health and stomach benefits. They come in single serve packets, making them easy to use and grab on the go. One a day seems to do the trick. I haven't noticed any appetite suppression, but it does make me feel less bloated. They're a great price for the strength of the a serving. It does have a bit of a taste, which I don't like, so I just use a water enhancer and I don't notice the flavor anymore.
