Not bad...not awesome either though. CT Fletcher had a heart attack because he ate Mcdonalds as his primary source of nutrition for years during his powerlifting days lol

DO YOUR HOMEWORK,  this isn't a pre workout, it's a pump. Meaning the Nitric oxide gives you a fuller look, let's more blood get to the muscles.... mix it with your preworkout and you'll see the difference. Does what it's supposed to do.
