I bought this sand pump knowing that it wouldn't last forever but I did expect it to last at least 1 year which it did not ... July 2023 I purchased this product ... It was average at best filtering my pool ... I used the pump during the summer of 2023, stored the pump during the winter months ... When I started prepping my pool for the summer May 2024 I found the housing on the pump was cracked and wasn't usable anymore ... I contacted the seller who told me they couldn't help me and sent a link to buy a new pump 😒... Customer service was horrible and they were really short with me ... DO NOT BUY this product last about 8 months for your money

This is small but mighty and our 10' x 16' pool hasn't been this clean since we first filled it up right out of the box! Very pleased. We are using filter balls instead of sand and it is working beautifully! Pump size is just right for our pool as well. Great price! Not as easy to set up as we would have liked but we finally did it.

I purchased this pump/sand filter combo for an upgrade to my Summer Waves pool. Well first off the instructions that come with this are horrible, very limited, you basically just have to wing it. I finally got it hooked up and it ran well for ONLY 5 MONTHS!!!! It just stopped working, wont turn on or light up nothing. I messaged Customer service, did what they suggested. I put a new battery and fuse in, STILL NOTHING and they wont do anything about it!!!!!! Paid $200 for something to last 5 months DISGUSTING!!!! So I ended up putting the 4 year old Summber Waves small little pump back on my pool. Sad that that pump still works after 4 years and this company's product that cost $200 only lasted 5 months barely............... Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy your products!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not too loud pretty easy to use and to clean as well great quality and was worth the price.

Easy to assemble, has great suction smaller than expected but works great for my 10,000 gallon pool would recommend

We loved loved loved it at first! Now after 1 yr of use it’s making very loud noises an sounds like it’s gonna break! From what we can tell it’s a motor issue!
