I have been taking this product for over three weeks now. Overall, I’m already quite healthy, so I wasn’t expecting to notice any significant changes in my daily life. However, after about two and a half weeks, I started to feel that I had more energy throughout the day. I used to feel tired after lunch and often wanted to take a nap, but that has improved since I started using this product. I do wish the recommended daily intake were lower, though, as it requires taking five fairly large capsules.

I’ve been using this for a little while now and I’m honestly impressed. It’s easy to take, and I like that it combines bee pollen, royal jelly, and propolis all in one. I’ve noticed a nice boost in my energy and overall wellness. Definitely feels like a good natural addition to my routine!

I believe my rating and review were minimally affected by these factors.] USAGE: I use this product for 2 things: to ward off colds when I feel like I'm starting to get sick, and to aid in post-workout recovery. 1. While I don't notice much change in my energy levels when I take this post-workout, I continue to use it nonetheless (3 capsules at a time) in conjunction with BCAAs - per instructions by my personal trainer to take royal jelly post-workout. 2. Where I definitely notice a difference is in helping to boost immunity when I feel like I'm starting to get sick. In the past, I've downed packets of Emergen-C (effective, though I'm not a fan of the sugar or processed product). Bee Well, however, seems to be equally effective in fighting viruses and is a natural, high-nutrient food supplement. I much prefer using this to boost immunity, and for that purpose I generally take 3 capsules twice (sometimes 3x) daily. LIKES/DISLIKES I appreciate the combination of 3 bee-product supplements in one product. I LOVE that it doesn't have added sugars/honey!!! If this product were cheaper, I likely would take more of it each day; I accept that I'm paying for quality, and ration my use accordingly, but this may affect the perceived efficacy. JUSTIFICATION FOR RATING My reason for not giving this product 5 stars is 2-fold: I haven't tried other royal jelly supplements, and thus have no comparison; and also I don't notice an obvious increase in energy or decrease in allergies as a result of taking it. It does seem to be effective in boosting immunity to viruses, but I did expect some allergy- and energy-related benefits, based on other reviews. Perhaps I'm not taking enough of it (that would be too costly), or the effects are present but subtle. OVERALL Good product that I'll continue to use for the foreseeable future.

I love this product it not only contains 750mg of Bee Pollen, but also the 1000 mg of Propolis and 1500 mg of Royal Jelly. It is considered “perfect food” because it contains more than 96 nutrients needed for life, and is made up of 40 percent protein. It doesn't have to be broken down because it's broken as much as possible already by the bees. The Royal Jelly protects the heart by lowering triglyceride and lipoprotein levels. Royal jelly has been studied for a variety of actions, including antibiotic, anti-tumor, lowering blood pressure, and regulating the immune system. Additionally, effects on cholesterol, insulin-like action, and on the nervous system and female hormonal activity have been demonstrated. It is fed to the Queen Bee. The queens are approximately twice the size, they lay approximately 2,000 eggs a day (female worker bees are infertile), It is thought to improve fertility, and enhance longevity. The beauty of this product is all three are in "Bee Well". What I found was the cost was 3 times cheaper if I bought all the ingredients separately. I also notice the mg content was more with the "Bee Well" product. My Mom was asking me for something to give her energy, I ordered this product for her. She is 84 years old. I have her on a all raw food diet after she became very ill. She juiced only for about 10 days and then went completely raw. She lost 33 lbs in 3 months and is doing great. By God only!! The "Bee Well" really helped her. I have started it for my family and I notice I can get a lot more done without being tired. No, I do not work for the company. I just like to be as clear as possible. I would recommend this product to anyone who is going raw or not, the benefits are there.

A great product and arrived in timely manner!

I only gave it 4/5 because I believe one bottle is not enough to give a judgment. However the product seems to have improved my teens overall health and immunity.
