The warranty is already expired. I bought this December 2025 and the warranty expiration is September 2024 So you will not have warranty coverage if you purchase

Predatory pricing for commodity item.
This might be a good product. It appears exactly the same as another brand PVS-14 I have. However, reputable sources will give you the exact performance specs of the tube you are buying, before you buy it. Hand select, ultra high FOM tubes (higher than what Armasight guarantees) can be had for much less money. And every tube will have some defects (dark spots, lines, and/or bright spots) - you should be shown photos / measurements of those before you lay down the cost of a used car.
