I am seeing different answers. Also, if you clean the mirror, is the spray impacted?** A: I tried it on my bathroom mirror and I followed the directions exactly. It didn't work at all. Don't buy it. Actually, in my opinion, this stuff is actually a safety hazard because I also used it on the inside of my windshield, and it actually made the fogging worse. It was extremely dangerous because I could barely see and the normal things you do to get rid of fog, like turning on the defogger, actually made it worse. The fog would slowly build on the inside of the glass, to where you didn't notice it at first and then it would bad when you're in the middle of driving. And the coating from the spray was extremely difficult to remove. I had to scrub the glass with Formula 409, times before it finally came off. DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF! I PROMISE YOU'LL REGRET IT! **Q: How long does this treatment last before recoating is necessary?** A: This treatment last about 3-6 months, depends on the weather. Yes, recoating is necessary. Have not tried it inside yet. **Q: Can I use this on 4 mil plastic?** A: No, don't buy this product. It not only doesn't work, but it is actually dangerous because it will cause your car windshield to fog up even worse on the inside. The fog that it causes, will build up slowly, so that you won't notice it at first, until you realize halfway down the road, that you can barely see out anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if someone had an accident because of this stuff. I also tried it on my bathroom mirror, and for that, it just didn't work at all. I definitely wouldn't trust it on eyeglasses or goggles.
