Great portable power
It worked well when we lost power. Not only does it charge phones and laptops, it powered my router so we had Internet until our power was restored. You'll need to keep extra charged batteries on hand.

Works on low demand electronics
I had the light on, my iPhone charging and a 18" box fan on all at the SAME time. I tried higher starting watt things like toaster and blender but it will give you a beep and red flash and not work. I expected that but glad to see they have controllers on over wattage use.

Awesome gadget works amazing for a ton of purposes. Just remember to unplug it and turn off or the battery dies relatively quick

Avoid this piece of junk!
This item has failed after only light use for a year and a half. When it worked, it was fine. Obviously, the build quality is inferior. There are many other options to use with Makita batteries. Stay very far away from this item.

I like the portability but limited in power.

Feels cheaply made but works very well
I tested this unit for a number of days using different tools and devices plugged into it and didn't experience any problems with it. It's got my seal of approval as far as I'm concerned.

No complaints. Works great. 5 amp makita battery ran CPap machine for 6 hrs. Kept phones charged and used the light on a camping trip

I would say, I bought several of them for the Halloween maze last year and it saved the day

Runs a table lamp in power outage. I keep it handy with a battery but not conected. As soon as power is out snap battery in place and from there you can sort thing out! Only a 13 watt load . Product lasted 2 months and failed.

Love this adapter use it with a 5ah battery and it charges my phone, and stereo within an hr. Super fact highly recommended. I would suggest putting some tape over the ports when not in use though if you work construction bc of dirt getting in it
