What does straight leg mean?

Generally, in women’s clothes, straight means the hem opening is same as thigh. Imagine you are preparing the pants to hang... hold upside down at hems, hold inseams together & outer seams to the inner seams. For straight, the width at hem is same as thigh. For tapered, the width at hem is narrower than thigh. For curvy, the narrowest part is at the knee (or just above).

What are the inseam lengths ?

I’m 5’8” and the regular length fit perfectly on me so I’d say the regular is about 31-32” inseam.

Are the solid colors solid? Or more similar to Jean?

The solid colors are solid. The "rinse" description is more like a jean look. Jet rinse looks like black jeans. Black looks like solid black.

What is the difference between "short" and "tall" of size Zero? Length of the leg, or length of pants?

I stand about 5'4' and size short is perfect for me. I am not sure of difference between the short and tall. Maybe about 5 inches.
