Great buy!
Got this for my 2005 ranger 500. Quality seems great. Installation was easy. Even came with a top filler piece that I wasn’t expecting. Molded bottom fits hood perfectly. After reading reviews on similar ones, I’m glad I bought this one. So glad to have a windshield!

FAST shipping, great fit
Great fit, easy install. No idea on durability yet as it’s new, but the lexan appears to be good quality. Shipping was fast, and I had it installed by myself in less than an hour. The hardware all appears to be stainless steel so it should hold up well. A nice plus is that it came with extra different sized mounts with rubber inserts so you can get a nice tight mount with no vibrations.

Perfect fit for our 08 Ranger Crew. Installed in 20 mins. Pretty Happy. Big opening! Will add more when I take it for a ride. Ride is perfect ! no noise, no vibrating, no wind and no rain! Perfection! All in the first ride! Very happy

Flexability
The windshield works. BUTT is too flexible in the middle of the windshield. When driving it flexes in and out and is quite noticeable. The price was great so I will make a support in the middle at the folding area. I suggest making the windshield non folding, thus giving it more support.

Value
Easy to install. It does squeak when driving, and the top rattles against the bar/roll cage. Had to get some window/door weather stripping that has a sticky on the back to pad around the roll cage. It took away the rattle 100% and 75% of the squeaks. Lower end windshield but it was exactly what I was looking for. Installed in a 2002 Polaris Ranger

Nice but needs improvement
Somewhat easy to install with one guy. It appears nice but had a few issues. The instructions are very short simple. However it comes with several different length clamps to hold it to the frame. There are no instructions informing which clamp goes where so it became trial and error. Two of the four holes on the upper piece are completely blocked by the factory frame gusset. Had to drill to fit. Because of the upper piece rubber seal it causes the windshield to bow out towards the top instead of fitting firmly against the frame. Basically not a tight seal against vertical frame bars. The top can't be adjusted because it has bent tabs to wrap under the gussets (basically one position only). Still looks nice though.

Top Rate Seller
The original windshield got lost and then damaged in transit. Thru Amazon. I made contact with Dot Weld, the Seller. They immediately shipped another windshield. #2 windshield didn't fit so I called Dot Weld back and after talking back and forth by phone (appreciated dealing with a human), Harold figured out what I needed and I now have the correct windshield.
