Review: The value is real. - Does a solid job in my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Very easy to set up and holds Bluetooth connection wells. But I assume most of us are purchasing for wired CarPlay. Those of us who are, there is one catch. CarPlay works great, but it has a bit of a laggy refresh rate. A lot closer to 30hz. Not a problem really, but keep that in mind. Still has great clarity even when driving long strips of Florida highways during the summer. The value proposition in general with this is incredible. Not the fanciest but does an excellent job. There isn’t a better CarPlay option at this price.

Radio randomly and frequently turns off. I dont have any amps nor do I play it loud. It was well grounded and all wiring connected properly. If you buy this make sure everything is well taken care of including the box and all materials because you may be sending it back like I did. Also on the BOSS website this radio is no longer available when I started searching for possible solutions. I was very disappointed because it has such great features.
