Why is this flash beam light "atomic"? Is this lamp radioactive?

Tricky question as photons ie... light would be considered a form of radiation. I believe the scientific definition of light is "a form of electromagnetic radiation". Not certain but it might also be argued that a battery might fill the definition of radioactivity too as I think it is the "transference of charged particles" that make batteries work. As for the scarier definition of radioactivity that I think you are asking about I would guess that you have nothing to worry about. I am assuming you would be using the flashlight as sensible person would and not eating it for dinner :). Please understand that I am not a scientist nor heavily associated with this product or anything but simply thought I would offer you an answer as you asked. Regrettably as a seller I am practically out of this product to sell as I only had a very limited supply. FYI.. They are distributed by Bulbhead in New Jersey and I can tell you from personal experience that it is a great product.

How do you change the cell type battery?

Back screws off there is a cell battery you can purchase but I use the adapter and three AAA batteries. That come with it.

How many lumens for the one with a rechargable battery?

With an 18650 lithium battery, I’d say you could probably go as high as 1,200 lumens! Don’t buy the BulbHead brand, though! Instead, get one of these! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0193UPEWG/
