Great for building a low-pressure journalling habit
I bought this because I’d tried journalling before but struggled to keep it up consistently. I was hoping a guided journal might make it easier to turn into a regular habit. The journal itself feels lovely - the simple black cover means it sits quite unobtrusively on my bedside table, and overall it has a nice, slightly premium feel. I really appreciated the introduction, particularly the sections around the benefits of journalling and the wheel of emotions, which I’ve found myself referring back to regularly. One of the biggest positives for me is that it doesn’t make you feel like you’ve “failed” if you don’t write every day. In the past, I’d fall out of the habit and then give up entirely. With this, I feel much more comfortable picking it back up after a break, whether that’s a few days or even longer. The guided prompts are a big help. I often struggle with what to write when faced with a blank page, so having something to respond to makes it much easier to engage with. Some of the prompts are quite thought-provoking too - not always easy to answer, but in a good way. There are a couple of small downsides. The paper feels good quality, but I did notice that ink can bleed through if using certain felt tip pens (for example when colouring in the heart on each page), so it’s worth choosing pens carefully. There’s also limited space for writing, which might not suit you if you prefer longer, more detailed journalling. That said, for me the shorter format actually works well. It keeps the process low-pressure and manageable, which is probably why I’ve been able to stick with it. I don’t use it every day, but I have managed to keep it going as an ongoing habit rather than abandoning it completely. Overall, I think this is a great option if you’re new to journalling or have struggled to maintain the habit in the past.

Excellent book that makes you reflect on your thoughts
Love, love this book, Used daily for journalling and to see if there has been an improvement in mood. Preprinted pages that ask questions of yourself that are in-depth but not off putting. It also has pages of puzzles and colouring connecting with mindfulness. The only journal that I have used daily and consistently.

Love this. I own a copy and bought two more as gifts. Every page is different and I even have family members or friends join in with me each day with the very thought provoking questions. Highly recommend

I love this journal! It has instructions on how to use it, a reverse bucket list, emotion wheel and calm kit list, every page has different questions with an activity every 3 days. Just a shame it’s not for any longer than 6 months. 12 months would be fab!

Spot on!
I've had lots of different journals and this is my favourite by far. It's not repetitive and it can leave you quite thoughtful. If you don't have a lot of time, but don't want to miss a day, then this is perfect.

Amazing way to connect with yourself.
I am not one to write reviews, however I picked this up as the reviews sounded great. They weren’t wrong. I bought this to try to be more mindful and positive in 2025. First day of using it and it made me feel a lot better just filling it out. It’s not overwhelming or confusing it’s just set out in lovely bite sized pieces which feels manageable but effective. And every page gives you something different to think about. Honestly I think this will be a life changer for the new year and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that easygoing journey to improve their life little by little.

A journal I will stick to
I love this book. I love how quick it is to complete on a daily basis and how it makes me reflect and 'check in' on myself each day. I had the manifestation journal before this one and hands down I prefer this one for ease and joy in writing. There are little mindful activities you can do every 3 days. I love the monthly check in and scales used to help me measure my progress. I will definitely be buying another one of these once i fill this one.

Beautiful Journal
I have just started using the book. But it is well written and there is a guide and examples of how to use the journal at start of the book. It has a lovely feel to it made very well , love the liac just inside and the pages are are soft! I generally just love the whole feel of it. Some lovely questions to ponder , areas o reflect and every 3 days a new mindful activities

I'm just beginning journaling and found this book is great to get me going and 'check-in'. I wish it had more space for daily writing, but I use another journal for that. You can't have everything in one. Very happy!

I picked this diary as a gift for someone else, however I can say that the paper is nice quality, the object itself is very classy. There's a page marker, a ton of interesting questions to motivate you to journal and a few activities here and there. I usually have the sense that self-help journaling books are trying to fill in pages, but this one has clear sections with an actual use potential. Almost want to buy this for myself now!

The quality of the pages is so great! And the first introduction to the book is filled with information and guidance on how to journal in this specific journal before you actually get started. The examples, guidelines and encouragement is more than I expected and the rest is ideal. Love it! Highly recommend!

Haven’t used it yet but I can tell I will love using it! It’s a beautiful journal, there is help on how to use the journal it’s especially great for people who are not sure how to start journaling effectively like me. Has amazing things and templates in there. Love it!
