This is a very good blender and powerful. Grinds very well and its not that loud. Comes with two jars one a larger one and a smaller one for different needs. Does not take much space in the kitchen cabinet to stow. I have been using it regularly and am loving it. The jar is stainless steel and the blender itself looks durable and good material.

Look at the photo. It says all about the build quality. Highly disappointed.

It’s hard to find Indian mixers at a reasonable price in USA. This mixer justifies the price. It came with two steel jars. Both of them work very well. I have tried grinding dry spices and made dosa batter and everything came out perfect. There is a small design issue with the large jar. There is a small space in the cap of the jar has vent hole. Water gets stuck in over there and hard to get it out of the hole. Would be careful washing with soap, so that soapy water may not come out properly and may drip into the food. I have attached the image.

There is a saying that literally translates as a, 'Lame cow in calves (is always strong)'. I remember it today as I review this product. Cons: 1. IF ( this is important) you wash it as recommended - put some soap water and spin - if the water even spills a little bit, you will feel the current as I did. It was mild but told me not to pull that recommended stunt. 2. Therefore it needs to be hand washed. 3. Unless you hold the top, the container also spins as the motor spins when you are grinding anything. 4. To manage weight, the containers, though steel, are very thin 5. Large container does not have sufficient power to grind finely UNLESS there is water in the mix. Dosa batter still comes out as coarse but its workable. 6. If and only if you leave a positive review for the mixer, then you get an extension of registration from 6 months to 1 year. This is clearly rigging the system. Pros: 1. It is MUCH better than 300 watt coffee bean grinders available for Indian cooking 2. It does a good ginger-garlic paste which I have never had this finely ground EXCEPT it needs a good amount of stuff to grind well. 3. It grinds well if there is liquid. 4. It grinds well spices to powder them adequately fine 5. I love its three settings for speed ALTHOUGH it is useful for small container only. Had it not been for the electric current lesson, I would have placed the pros over the cons but this is a safety issue.

The mixie runs quite smoothly. It’s good for grinding idli batter and chutneys. It’s lightweight and comes in attractive colors. Quite a good buy for the price.

Pros. This mixer is good based on its price and does the job properly. Cons. It is noisy. Its couplers are so week that there will be need to replace them every month. I had to return it because couplers were almost completely damaged with just 15 days of very rare kitchen use.

Great Product works great for all indian spices,Ginger & Garlic paste , all Chutney and Dosa batter. Easy to use and Clean . Price of the product is also good, value for money product

I’d been looking for a spice grinder that ground all my spices very fine. While the ones I had did a 95% job sometimes the coriander husks weren’t totally ground. This unit does it all really well. I use it for spices and to liquidise fresh ginger and garlic for curries. I haven’t tried the larger blender type attachment but I’d expect it to be good as well

Burning smell comes out from the machine. Very risky fire-activated. I won’t recommend to buy this product.

Really good product I can recommend others to buy and use this product.

Chutney jar us really good and machine is making less noise.
