Does exactly what it says - it allows you to wire up additional helmets and just switch the control unit to whichever one you want to wear with all the connections remaining the same.Only negative is the sound quality. It's fine when you're sitting still, when talking, or for GPS instructions if you feed them into the headset. But musically they degrade badly under way - especially the bass.
