Does this mac version solve the inconsistent scrolling issue that the original version had with Mac computers?

I’d like to know also. I purchased the MX Master 3 and performance was very inconsistent on my iMac (macOS Big Sur, Version 11.0.1). After reading numerous raving reviews of the product, I was very disappointed in the performance. My major complaints are scrolling and a solid connection. The mouse was just unable to keep up. There was noticeable lag and it even disconnects for a brief moment sometimes (randomly). Very frustrating. This mouse is rated very highly productive but I did not experience that at all. I returned my purchase after one week of use. I’m in search for another mouse and wondering if this “Mac” version has better compatibility. Logitech Support above saying it does not have any scrolling issues is completely false. The MX Master 3 I bought a couple of weeks ago was brand new and had this issue. It is not very comforting to see the iMac unable to recognize it as a mouse but instead a “keyboard”. My comment is specific to Mac users only.

quiet clicking , improved on the dot accuracy supposedly due to 8k dpi vs 4k , more versatile surface compatibility.  From what I'm seeing the button configurability is no different. And yes there was definitely am annoying lag issue on occasion using the now  vintage MXMaster3 when using BT bit hopefully reviews will confirm the lag being resolved cause with these newer macs having nada even one USB_A port to plug in the reliable logi bolt/unifying receiver as a reliable backup, will be just enough to discourage the questionable need to purchase, that is if you don't mind the dangle
