I love mushrooms. Truly, madly, deeply. Raw, cooked, sautéed, grilled, or lightly bruised, they bring joy to my life like no other fungus can. On toast with butter? Absolute heaven. It’s a handy basic ingredient to keep in the fridge, and I like that it counts towards your 5 a day. Just give them a quick wash before using. Having Prime makes it even better with free delivery and easy returns if needed. Overall, nothing fancy, but good value and does the job well.

Lovely and fresh
