This watch wasn't. Now, it did charge the fitness tracker battery successfully after five hours but the analog part of the watch did not work. I suppose I could have taken it to a jeweler to see if replacing the CR battery that powers the analog watch part would fix the problem but Amazon makes it easy to return it and why should I spend more time/money fixing something that should have been working in the first place?I downloaded the app and perused it but was not impressed. I new when I purchased it that the hands and face were not luminescent but it was impossible to read in the dark. The watch did successfully link to my Samsung J3 phone once the fitness tracker battery was charged. The watch was large and had noticeable mass but not too big or heavy for my six foot, two hundred pound frame. I was pleased with the quality and I LOVED the watch band. The band not only had a cool looking dual-color scheme but it had an easy way to release the clasp so the watch would slip off. A tool was also included to adjust the number of links in the metal band but I did not try it. I really liked the color scheme (green and black) of the watch and band. Very different than the typical black, blue, brown, gray watches I shopped for on Amazon. I also liked the minimalist design of the watch, that it looked like a real watch and the fact that it was a fitness tracker in disguise.Five starts for design. Zero stars for functionality.If it had been working when I received it, I would have kept the watch. I returned it and ordered a different watch from another company.
