What is the run time on high?

The run time on high (500 Lumens) is 150 hours with D Batteries.

If only 3 aa batteries are used: what would be the total run time if only on high mode ? what would be the luminosity in lumens on high with aaa batte

First of all, it uses AA batteries, not AAA's. Many people don't keep , "D', batteries on hand, so being able to use the smaller batteries is a good choice. I only used the smaller batteries once, and It looked like the brightness was just as good as with the, D's. I use the light in the bathroom, at night, so my mother can find her way, without running onto something. Other lamps that use AA's only last one night, while the Energizer will last at least 5 nights. The D's work for 3 to 4 weeks. I was so satisfied with the first lamps low power usage, that I bought another one. If you live in an area that often has power outages, this set is the best to have. Energizer makes at least 3 other lamps, that can light up the room.

Is the light a warm looking light or the cold looking lights. I prefer a warm light.

You can get the warm light is you use this on the dim mode.
