Buen color
I used this Chefmaster Coal Black Liqua-Gel food coloring for buttercream and cake batter, and it worked really well. The color is very concentrated, so you only need a few drops to start getting a deep shade without watering down the icing.  What I like most is that it doesn’t change the taste or texture of the frosting, which sometimes happens with other food colorings. The gel blends smoothly and gives a rich black color that looks great for decorating cakes and cookies.  Overall, this is a great option if you need a strong black color for baking or decorating. A little goes a long way, and the bottle lasts a long time.

BRILLIANT COLOR
This was the perfect red for my red velvet cake. It didn't change the flavor of the cake in the way the more watery coloring does. The size of the bottle is good. I dont make a lot of things requiring food coloring. It is very easy to use.

Little goes a long way !
I needed a true orange food color, as mixing red/yellow never seemed to get it right. This was perfect, true to color!! I make these Halloween pies every year with whipped cream and orange sherbet, and the color comes out a pale peachy after blended. This coloring fixed everything. Great orange vibrant color. Then use your imagination to decorate the top(after refreezing for a while).

Holy cow!! Been a lifelong Wilton color user for my icing but just ordered this in red and black to try…. This stuff is amazing! Very bright and strong color. No more mixing forever to get the perfect shade of red. Highly recommend!

Best black colouring I've ever bought. This stuff is intense and BLACK!!! No more gray colour in my icing or ice cream. And you don't need a lot. I probably used way more than I needed to the first time I used it. I will only buy this brand for black food colouring in the future.
