Will this remove oil stains?

If I were you, I'd get some 'Grandma's Secret Stain Remover', which is sold on Amazon. Use that first then blot with very warm water and an old towel. THEN, when it dried, I'd use this Suede Cleaner on your garment or shoes (?). It should work. That Stain Remover nails oil and grease stains on all fabrics unbelievably well - I always use it as a prewash treatment when needed. Good luck.

Will this remove Mineral Oil from suede?

I would recommend using some talcum powder on the affected area first. Just very slightly dampen the oils stain if it is older than a day. Then apply a medium layer of talcum powder over it and leave for 24 hrs. After 24hrs brush off the talcum powder and then use the saphir omnidaim the next day and hopefully after the powder absorbs some of the oil the suede cleaner will do a much better job. Doba second and third application of suede cleaner if necessary. Leave it to Air dry with some news paper to absorb moisture and shape the shoe properly. After it has dried, put a shoe tree in it and use a suede conditioner spray as well. The suede omnidaim dries out the suede, so always condition after properly drying the shoe. Hope this helps. Does this clean and renovate suede or do i need to use saphir medaille d'or suede renovateur as well?

Please keep in mind this product cleans it. Saphir suede renovateur is a spray that you should use after using this as step two. That will condition the suede (after washing suede it dries up like any skin) and rejuvenate the colour. As step three you can use a waterproof spray by saphir.

Does this product tighten the leather?

In my experience, no, there was no evident tightening or change in the characteristics of the suede.

This cleaner really works

I purchased this on a recommendation from a really high end shoe company & I’m not disappointed on the results. This cleaner is a bit more exspensive but it’s worth every penny! Really great results on a pair of dirty suede boots. The brush doesn’t last very long but an old toothbrush does the same job. I can’t recommend this enough & it will be my go- to cleaner from now on, miles better than your run of the mill suede cleaners!
