No taste since it’s a capsule! I swallowed them fine but people should still make sure to drink plenty of water to get down! For the amount you get you cannot beat the price! I take one along with another sleep med and it worked fine.

The best sleep aid on the market
I have suffered from severe insomnia since my early 20s and have tried everything under the sun just to get a moments reprieve. I stumbled across this brand by accident when I was looking for a different one that had been recommended. Since I had purchased it, I thought what did I have to lose by trying it out. The size is phenomenal with 275 pills per each bottle at a similar price point giving you more bang for your buck. As a sleep aid it is fairly effective and I get more rest with it than without. Would I like to sleep a full night? Absolutely! But I’ll take what I can get, and this sleep aid gives me the best chance at getting some rest.

Terrible quality control!!! 2nd bottle of clumped pills!!!!
What is going on with quality control. This us the 2nd bottle that I have received where the pills are all slumped together. It makes it extremely difficult to remove them from the bottle. I have tried to pull the pills apart and a few have broken open, making a mess. I really like using them to get a decent night's rest but I may have to move to another brand if this continues to happen.

Best sleep, Every night! (mild caution)
i went threw alot of scripts for years. unlike scripts you dont wake up in living room 4 hours later after you go to bed in a different room. you can take these and get a good night sleep without the amnesia. and another nice thing is if an emergency happens after you take these your still in a right mind to get ahold of the situation. I have been taking these for the past 2 years and i may have had to add 1 more a night after taking them for so long but i will never go back to those harsh sleep meds. all though I did notice after 2 years if I don't take them I don't get very good sleep. so in my opinion they say not addicting and although no withdrawals if you take them for a long time you DO get dependent on them.
