How do I stop the water coming out the three holes on the back?  Water goes everywhere!

Hi there,  The small hole at the back of the water flosser is designed to act as a drain. This hole prevents the body of the floss from getting wet with water and it can improve the life of the water floss.
  When the nozzle is not fully inserted into the hole at the top of the handle, water will spray through the small holes. Always make sure that the nozzle is installed correctly.
