The design on this one is very nice,it has all the attributes I like to see in Thoth,the size is also very nice,and the paint job is detailed and in good taste. For me it is worth the money even though not real bronze,it does not look or feel cheap and it has a nice weight to it. If you relate to Egyptian mythology,I don't think you can go wrong with this one ! ( and I looked at a lot of them before pulling the trigger )

Squee! I am in love with this statue.
I'm not sure how gods feel about mortals squee-ing over their iconography. But this statue is amazing: the detail of the mold, the finish work, the painting. And I adore this representation of Thoth. Too often he gets the pencilneck geek treatment, because he is associated with intellectual pursuits. Not here. Love it!

Beautifully painted
I was a little leery paying such a price for a resin statue, but the decorative features are very nice and it does look like brass. I would still like to see the price a little lower, but all in all, it made a nice gift and the recipient was happy.

Happy with the statue & fast delivery

By far one of my favorite purchases - I'm a fan of Veronese Design. It took me a bit to pick it out the statue but once I did I was so happy I purchased it. It was delivered quickly and arrived one day a head of when it was actually expected, so that was a nice surprise! The size and weight is perfect. I perfer most my statues atleast 11" and this meet my expectations. I love all the careful details added right down to the heiroglyics on the scroll. Im very happy with this purchase as it is difficult to find a statue that is this well crafted of Thoth (or as I call him Atl-Djehuty) without his name inscribed - I like the fact there is not his name inscribed anywhere as he is called many different names (Thoth, Tuhitii, Djehuty etc.) Today, this amazing statue sits on my Oracle/Tarot Alter, along with others and serves as a great keepsake & reminder of not only my energetic & spiritual journey but also my personal achievements. It would be great to see this company take their work one step further and create detachable Ancient Egyptian, Angel or Fairy wings. Just a suggestion, bc I use my statues kinda like like action figures for story sharing purposes.
