Cost effective way to deal with my feet rolling in (pronation)
These Urwalk pads work well to prevent the slight rolling inward of my feet / ankles. I only need the height of a single pad, so one packet gives me enough for 3 pairs of shoes -- or to replace a pair when they start to wear. Each pair lasts about 6 months, which is about standard for pads and insoles in my experience (I walk @ 30 miles a week, so the miles add up). I put them under the insole for my shoes, so they tend to stay in place longer and more effectively than if I put them on top of the insole, and my heel doesn't slip on them. Since I started wearing these, I have found 3 signs of success: (1) My walking shoes no longer wear unevenly. The even wear on the soles shows I am putting weight evenly across the shoe. (2) I can walk farther and with less pain than before getting these pads. (3) My trips to the chiropractor are much less often, and when I go, my hips and knees are no longer out of place. My only complaint is that the pads are a bit narrow, so I have to be careful in placing them in my shoes (most of which are wides in women's sizes or medium/regular width in men's sizes) . This is a minor issue though, and I make them work.

Corrective inserts for bowing legs from knee issues
They do seem to work, and easily cleaned, and they stick back in place. I would recommend

Not very comfortable
These do the job of correcting for over pronation, but I found them to be very uncomfortable on my heels and I just couldn't tolerate them for more than 5 minutes, if that. I am recovering from plantar fasciitis, so maybe I'm just more sensitive to them.

Dont buy
I recently purchased the Urwalk 3 Layers Adjustable Supination & Over Pronation Corrective Shoe Inserts, hoping to find relief from my foot alignment issues and knock knee pain. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with these inserts. Firstly, the quality of the product is subpar. The gel insoles feel flimsy and cheap, and I doubt they would last long with regular use. The self-adhesive feature is weak, and the inserts tend to move around inside the shoe, which defeats the purpose of providing proper support. Moreover, the adjustable feature advertised by Urwalk is practically non-existent. The promised customization options are limited, and I found it challenging to adjust the inserts to fit my specific needs. The lack of clear instructions made the process even more confusing. In terms of comfort, these inserts fell short as well. They provided minimal cushioning and failed to alleviate my foot pain or correct my supination and overpronation issues. Instead, I experienced discomfort and even more pain in my knees and ankles after using these inserts. Lastly, the beige color option was a poor choice. The inserts quickly became dirty and stained, making them appear old and worn out. Overall, I would not recommend the Urwalk 3 Layers Adjustable Supination & Over Pronation Corrective Shoe Inserts. They are of low quality, lack effective customization, fail to provide adequate support, and offer minimal comfort. Save your money and invest in a more reliable and reputable corrective shoe insert brand.

Shoe Inserts
Comfortable, easy to adjust, and actually helps reduce knee and foot pain. The self-adhesive gel stays in place, and the different layers let me customize the fit perfectly. Worth every penny!

Does what it says I guess
Does what it says but unfortunately it doesn’t really help with fallen ankles the only thing that helps is building muscle in the hips and feet. Also stretching! That is what I bought it for thinking it might help with the pain that comes with being in your feet with a fallen ankle for a long time. But they are very comfy so I’ll continue using purely for the comfort aspect!

Easy to use wedges
Perfect for correcting my feet that roll outward. Comfortable in shoes. Adhesive is sufficient to keep wedge in place when shoe is on. Easy to adjust height. Last about two years before needing to be replaced.
