This is a well made pineapple slicer. The stainless steel construction makes for a sharp blade and corer which produces a beautiful cylinder of fresh-cut pineapple every time - perfect for baking into pork roasts, cakes and all sorts of other delectables. The section cutter is perfect for making breakfast cereal chunks and desserts. Both tools work well with a bit of practice. The trick is to make sure the corer doesn't wander towards the side as it winds its way down to the bottom of the pineapple. The sectioner should probably be used before you take the cylinder of pineapple off the corer, though that's not a mandatory rule. You can use it after the cylinder has been removed, it's just that the slices are a bit les stable that way. After you've done it once you'll understand how they work and you'll find the devices are easy and fun to use.

Though seller has shown a company name with measurements etc. what he sells is a local product. It works well but it is an act of deceiving.

Easy to use and clean. Cuts without having to use a lot of strength. I had a plastic one before and it broke. This one is so much easier to use and cuts perfectly. My plastic one seemed to get stuck and I had to use more force. Metal for the win!!
