**Q: Why so many fillers?**
A: The actual amount of active ingredient is minuscule. In order to form something that looks to be worth the price, many fillers and binders must be used. I wouldn't worry about any negative effects from them.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good with caveats

Purchase 8 times with excellent results, with boost in cognition, memory and mood without any stimulant effects. The exception was this last bottle purchased 10/24, which I just finished and had zero results. Huperzine-A and Huperzia Serrata are NOT the same thing. Huperzine-a is standardized while Huperzia Serrata is not, so no telling how much of the active ingredient you're getting. I only use it once a week and rarely twice, because of its long 10–14-hour half-life. Huperzine-a boost brain power by blocking the enzyme that breaks down choline, so using it daily can cause a buildup of choline with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea/constipation, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness, thirst and muscle tremors, so it's important to cycle and not use more than every other day or third day. I'm including this information because many unknowingly follow the directions on the label not realizing the side effects.
