I absolutely love this clock. The feature to turn down the display light at night was the reason my last clock was no good. It kept me awake at night as it was too bright. I used to put something in front of it which kind of defeated the point of it lighting up in the morning. But this is perfect. Looks smart. Works well. I love hearing the birds in.the morning and sometimes leave it going for a while to listen. I love the light colours. They give a lovely cosy glow in the evening. Easy to use and arrived super quick. I bought this on a whim for my son as I thought the look of it would fit in its room. When you open the box, it just looks like a piece of glass in wood. But no - it’s more than that. To be clear, it’s “wood effect” - not real wood. But it looks real, and to be honest, I wouldn’t want a wooden clock with all of this technology inside. And it’s not just a semi-circle of glass, it’s a panel of made of LEDs that light up in all sorts of ways, I lost count. I would be happy with just plain white light, but you get most of the colours of the rainbow. There's so much to customise from sound to lights and alarms and snoozing, I honestly think it can work for anyone's preferences. But anyway, it’s more than shiny lights. It’s an alarm clock - it’s easy to read, you can adjust the lights, you can adjust the brightness, you can adjust the sound (I can’t believe it wakes up my son lol). There is so much you can customise to fit your room or preferences it will take you a couple good hours to test everything out - and a good couple of mornings to find your perfect setting - but trust me it’s worth it to figure out what works best for you out of this device. What else can I say, except that it looks fab in my son’s room…and he’s been actually waking up on time because of it! For that alone, well worth the investment as it saves me from waking up earlier lol. Think I’m going to buy another one for myself! Actually what else I can say as I review almost everything I buy on Amazon - is that this just is "professional", and worth the cost. That's not always the case. This is a keeper, and great gift for the upcoming holidays.

My daughter loved this light, there are a selection of colours and it’s not too bright for her going to sleep. However, it’s really annoying, despite being plugged into a main socket the time keeps going fast. I need to adjust it every few weeks.

Lovely item. Functional and easy to set up. Positioned on bedside cabinet. It looks nice and unobtrusive. Haven't used all the features yet but instruction booklet is clear and lots of diagrams to assist. Lots of different sound and light settings to suit all moods.

The clock is faulty, does not even turn on.

This alarm was great. Had for about a year now and was really helpful with my morning routine and even the sounds were great, definitely helped as background noise at night. It was working perfectly fine and then 2 days ago it just stopped working. Turns on for a minute or 2 and then it turns off. Dissapointed as I now need to spend money on another one.

Good points: * The display is dimmable all the way to completely off. * Sunset sleep, and sunrise alarm lights worked really well (though not as bright as other brands I've had. Fine if the clock is close to your bed) * Has USB phone charging * Nice big time display * Fairly easy and simple to set up and use * Lots of light colour options and some fun rainbow type effects * Good size and shape to fit on a bedside table Bad points: * Thermometer is affected by the heat of the clock light. So if the light is on, the temp is way too high. E.g. showing 28C at midnight on a cold evening. * It can play nature sounds like rain and birds but these are not available as alarm sounds. You just get approx 5 musical/ beeping options for the alarm. * Snoozing the alarm turns off the light as well as the noise, and you cannot manually turn the light back on again until the snooze time ends. * It's far too easy to brush the metal edge and change the colour of the light by mistake. You then have to tap tap tap to cycle through all the colour options to get back to the one you want. * Very lightweight and I was constantly knocking it off the bedside table I used the clock for a few weeks but decided to return it for the reasons above.
