We use them to pack tire chains (2 chains per bag), and each bag holds about 40 pounds without any issues. Using them for adding weight to truck bed for traction. Relatively fragile, tore holes in bottoms of bags as I was packing in sand/river rock mix. I would advise doubling them up for anything other than temporary use. Also noticed while packing, dust came out of sides, so not waterproof. Held 65lbs, moderately full, and the affixed ties are pretty convenient and seem to hold surprisingly well.

As far as consumer sandbags go, these are about as durable as you can find. They hold sand and have many a purpose. The stringy ties that close the top could be better but I just put a zip tie on also for good measure.

Pretty well made sand bags. I would not recommend filling them to the top, because then you'll have sand falling out of the holes where the ties are. Excellent for the price, and they're been a great added weight in the back of the truck!

Bought these to fill with sand for weight in the bed of my pickup trucks in winter driving. they have been tossed around a lot and no tears or leaking, hope they last another season or two. Good quality.
