Can this item be used to flip the image (like a mirror) on a monitor?

No. This decimator simply converts the same exact image in both directions. SDI to HDMI. An HDMI to SDI. This does not scale we're Jesse Imaging anyway. You have to have other control either in the monitor or through a switcher I can do that

What is the latency of video passing through the md-lx?

Very little. Not really any processing going on. Just HDSDI to HDMI. I have 4 and they work great

Is the power supply included?

Yes, it can also use any standard USB wall charger.

Does this require push on sdi ends?

Any SDI end will do. Crimp, push on, compression, soldered. It’s compatible with all SDI connectors.
