Very clear, Just Right
Very happy with the quality of sound and ease of use. The noise reduction functionality is perfect. The battery life is also incredible.

Great for Personal Use
Everything worked as advertised. I do wish the volume went a little higher but perfectly acceptable for personal office use.

Responsive but Poor Customer Service
The unit took a long time to charge. After several emails exchanges over a week with Customer Service, I was summarily informed that I could get the unit replaced. However, I had to send my unit in at my expense ... then Jabra would process the return and take 1 - 2 weeks to send back a replacement. In other words, I'd have to be without the unit for at least 3 weeks. What's the point? Someone should tell Jabra its not the '90s anymore. Customer service involves actual service not email chit chat

doesn't last
Was great. Trouble is 8 months after purchase, it is intermittent. When I use for conference calls, it will be fine, then buzz for 10 seconds or so and then ok again. Very agitating. For overall cost, doesn't have the long term value I was looking for.

no usb dongle
The device did not come with the USB dongle like it was supposed to.

Bluetooth or Not to Bluetooth?
Overall, I love this product. My only recommendation is cost-savings based on what you actually require. For example, I thought I needed bluetooth, so I spent the extra money on the bluetooth adapter. Since the device has a 3-foot long cable to plug it into your computer, you don't really need bluetooth unless you need the speaker further away from your computer. Whether you use the bluetooth adapter or not, you will still require a USB slot open, so bluetooth doesn't really provide any additional benefit. Save your money by assessing how important the speaker location is, and then keep in mind, its battery life during the day. You can always get their less expensive model and still get a great product!

This will be a mixed review. * First the seller took his own sweet time to ship. There was no communication on ETA etc. I raised a complaint to Amazon in the middle, but they weren't very helpful. Then there was a sudden shipment notification and it arrived on time! Packaging was good (I had to wait nearly 10 days from order time before it got shipped) * Product has a very premium feel. The LEDs are awesome and the buttons are extremely responsive. Big thumbs up * It is recommended to install Jabra connect - it updates the firmware and recognizes the device well * Battery lasts long for a single charge. Gives about 15 hrs talk time. * Pairing with mobile and computer simultaneously works well. It recognizes two devices are paired and behaves accordingly. * Voice pickup on mobile is awesome. In calls, the other party never realized I was speaking 6-7 feet away on a hands free mode. * Very useful in a multi party scenario for mobile calls. Me and my wife video called someone and we were able to do it without huddling too close and comfortably speak without headsets. The hands free video calling experience was good. * My biggest disappointment was with zoom calls. I am having mixed results with zoom. Zoom does its own voice changes (like echo canceling, background noise suppression etc). It ends up eating some of my voice as well. There is a setting in zoom to disable all this and just pass through the voice directly from the speaker. In that case it picks up background noise too much because of the powerful omnidirectional mike on the device. * There is also a difference in connecting the device to laptop via BT and via USB. USB gives some extra features - like syncing the buttons with zoom. Audio quality is a bit better with zoom. Overall: * Zoom experience is a bit of a let down * I wish there was a way to use it with USB without charging the device * Ridiculously overpriced for the functionality (despite all the good things) My recommendation: If the money is not a big deal for you, you probably won't regret the purchase. Also check your use case. To use it primarily with laptops, the 410 might be a better buy. Using this with mobile gives a lot of bang for the buck. Otherwise, its a mixed feeling.

The speakers are great Connectivity options are great We buy the product to ensure we get this useful for our conferences/meetings. So, what is the point when it comes with miserable microphone or couple of mic`s I kept the device right under my nose, and there were interrupts in mic A simple 100rupee wired earphone does a better job Raised requests for replacement Hopefully that will turn out better
