Works flawlessly!
I purchased this to replace an old clock round system. It is so easy to set up and has the perfect software to document all the data needed in 3 different forms. I personally like the Word format the best. Great product!

Great Product and Customer Service
I don't usually write reviews ever but this company really impressed me with their customer service. First of all great product, easy to use and install. It comes with a ton of information on how to use the system, and download program on the computer- pictures included for people like me who have no idea how to download anything lol I did run into a few basic questions and they were so quick to respond and send me over additional information to answer my question. I would totally recommend this, and I'm really glad I picked this product as my security checkpoint system!

Good product
I purchased these in early last year. Worked great, but a bit confusing on set up. After a year , my contact points that are located outside have stopped working. I reached out to the seller and he will be sending me more. That is the only issue I have had. Easy to use and track. I would definitely recommend.

Not reliable!
It was not intuitive to install the software and initially worked well but has since stopped because of “Error 2” which doesn’t have a way to resolve. So, no, I wouldn’t recommend it!

A great solution to a long problem
Really needed these! We have 3 sets now. They work great. Simple and the support setting up was great!! Will be buying more as needed

Tutorials impractical
The different functions are difficult to navigate. I still can’t figure out how to save my points permanently. Everytime I exit out I loose the date and have to re-label the points. The manual does not address this issue. The concept is great but navigating the app is difficult at best.

Exceptional Customer Support
The Guard Tour System wand and buttons are simple to operate for the end user. Information downloads are quick and easily customizable for the particular security check point. An operations manual and video link are included with the device. My questions about software installation were quickly resolved by customer support. Joe Harris
