Gorgeous!
I wanted something to upscale the look of the balcony, and this was it. High quality, gorgeous color, easy to put together, easy to cut with a jigsaw, and it looks amazing! I had lunch on the balcony after I was finished.

Easy and durable
Purchased these about a month ago to put a deck around my hot tub. These things are great. They are as easy as they say they are to put together. My 12 year old son was snapping them all together. Very durable and look fantastic. Easy to clean and the water rolls right off of them. You can also customize them so if you need to get around corners you can mark and cut them as needed. They are a bit pricey but you pay for what you get and these are great. As long as you have a solid base like concrete or a plywood decking down these will make any thing look new.

Great Product
New tech wood flooring was very easy to install for two 70 year olds. We used a skill saw flooring saw for all the cuts. Our screen room looks great, thank you. New tech

Easy to install and cut if needed
We installed this over the ugly concrete in our entryway because outdoor rugs just kept getting gross. Love how easy it was to snap together and everything lined up beautifully. Seems durable to foot traffic and pets. We used Brazilian Ipe for the middle & Roman Antique for the bordee.

Pricey, but great quality. Customer service good response.
These tiles are very easy to put together. The quality of the composite and grid under is great. Looks very sharp. The boards are easy to remove, and to make cuts I removed them and rescrewed them in. I did cut a couple with the grid on though so that worked too. I was missing one box on delivery. I contacted and they quickly shipped out another box. When I received that box, I got 24x12 tiles instead of 12x12. They were happy to ship a 12x12 and have me return the 24x12, but based on time constraints, I just kept the 12x24 and cut the boards to 12". Definitely expensive for what it is, but it is the best quality tile out there, and wouldn't want the cheaper ones. These also have threshold pieces for a transition that really adds a nice finished look.

Durable material reasonable cost and easy to work with.
Small project turned out amazingly well, looks professionally done. Material similar to Trex, durable, easy to work with. waterproofed plywood base with vinyl linoleum and mounted onto the top.

Quality Product - Above the rest!!
We looked at a lot of different products and wanted something that would give us color differences to make things more interesting. This product surpassed our expectations in both quality and finish. As you can see, we mixed colors (Peruvian Teak and Japanese Cedar) and lengths (3x1 and 1x1). We've seen what our neighbors have put down. If it's real wood, it takes a lot of care (staining, cleaning). The plastic ones we've seen are cheap, and look it (as well as feel/hear it, when you walk on them). This flooring looks and feels like quality. This product is actual composite boards screwed on to 1x1 underlayment frames. That gave us ultimate flexibility in the corners/edges, allowing you to remove screws/boards as needed. I bought a *composite blade for my skillsaw and it cut right through, using a sawzall to cut of tabs on end. My wife and I knocked this out in about 5 hours. * Although the skillsaw with composite blade will cut fast, we went really slow, which gave us a nice clean finish at the cut... so, don't rush it!

Nice to work with, but your floor must be level!
We used these tiles as a floor on our upstairs balcony/deck. First, they look great and are a big improvement over the roofing material that was the floor of our deck. There was a repaired area where the patch on the roof material stuck up a little and I just assumed that the tile would cover it and we wouldn't notice it, but, the tiles now stick up in that area. Word of advice, use a leveling compound to provide a flat surface. Also, because it was not 100% level, I could not keep a straight line. Since these tiles lock into each other, there is no way to make up for a mistake. I started about 4 rows and ripped it up because they weren't straight. I then got out my laser and straight edge and drew lines on the floor and aligned the tiles to the lines. It started out good, but when I got to that "bump", it went out of line and by the end of the 30' run was overhanging by almost 2 inches. I had a 10' x 30' area, and I drew my straight line down the 10' line. If I had to do it over, I would run the straight edge down the long (30') line and start my row on the long line - less room for error. But, really nice look in the end!
