Surprised to see natural flavors in your product. What do you use for natural flavors? Thanks!

The natural since it doesn't really have a flavor. You can mix it into anything and not taste it. I've put it in fruit smoothies, baked goods and puddings. There's no after taste of stevia like in the other flavors.

Does it taste like a protein powder because i already bought two different protein powders and I hated them?

I found the Au Natural to be Virtually flavorless.

Does the Au Natural have a taste? I would like to put in my coffee or tea and would not want it to change the taste of the coffee or tea.

I've mixed it in coffee. You can't taste it but it can be clumpy. I suggest using a blender to really mix it up.

Is this lactose free?

I'm very lactose intolerant and I was just fine. Not sure if it is or isn't but I'd guess it wasn't or has such a small amount, your body. 🤷🏽♂️
