Great product worked perfectly fine

I do Livestreaming and video production, brought this unit last week and I'm so thankful enough to have this in my hand for live stream wedding event that happen last week. Usually, my livestream is in line of sight for all my wireless transmitter and receiver, but last weekend we have to move from outdoor and indoor for the event. So, there were no room indoor to setup my system, we had to video switcher from outside close glass door, found out all my other transmitter couldn't get the video signal. I plug in the new 4k mars and it work perfectly fine without signal loss. from there I knew this was a keeper for my live video switcher. after get thing working. I have to move all my receiver to inside of the reception room for other camera to work. I use all kind of wireless video system and found this model is very fast when sync and pairing. The channel is very good it has the auto scan channel. I gave it 5 star Because it has a lot of improvement and quality to this model, 4k function for great cause I can now do cropping in my vmix switching during livestreaming. Wireless Signal and with New antenna are very stable for this price range compare to other video wireless company.

I've been looking for a wireless system for a LONG time, and these finally came out and seemed nearly perfect. The latency is pretty low, the image quality is PHENOMENAL and the form factor is both compact and incredibly robust. These are going to last for a LONG time, and I just love having a crystal clear signal. They also mount to my rig VERY nicely. Now I might get the M1 Monitor to go with this since it connects natively! I'm loving this system!

I so far love this set. The ability to turn it on and it just syncs up in 20 seconds, never had an issue over the course of a week. The added ability to log onto the app and also use your phone as another monitor is great. The latency at least within a 30ft or less range is perfectly fine and I was able to pull focus with the monitor. The only issue I have noticed is that in flat colors in low light situations the image does break apart a little, likely due to the compression. But if this is a review stream to check focus, framing etc, I thought it was acceptable. And I really only noticed it while testing prior to the shoot, once onset I never noticed this, so in reality, it may be rare. It would be nice if the SDI input would also mirror out to the HDMI on the Transmitter, a minor grip given these are less than half the cost of something like the Teradek Bolt 500.

I used this often and highly recommend them to filmmakers.

Haven't tested it extensively, but we fed in 4k footage from a Sony RX0 II and the RX to a 4k TV and it worked like a charm! Turned out exactly like how it looked directly plugged in! The range was hard to test because we are in a trailer, but we walked with the camera outside of the trailer for about 50 feet and before it started having connection issues. (mind you, this is through the trailer walls, through another trailer, and then by a bunch of Construction excavators and loaders. There is about a quarter to a half second delay, but this is fantastic for our purposes! I also don't think this has an internal battery, but we ran it off of a mobile power bank with USB C PD and had 0 issues! Overall, a fantastic product that works super easily!

These really do offer great value for money. They boot up and sync to the transmitter with ease and the picture quality is excellent. There is noticeable latency, especially when using hdmi in and out, but what do you expect. There’s a lot of processing going on and that takes a small amount of time. I’m using it for a directors monitor so the slight delay isn’t really an issue. If you listen to the embedded audio then at least the lip sync remains intact too. Overall great value and I’d totally recommend.

We needed to replace our previous Hollyland transmitter and thought we would give this a try. The picture quality and stability is amazing and the new stumpy style antennae’s made us feel that the didn’t have to handle it with kid gloves in the normal day to day shooting. Most of our shooting is run and gun and we can be in several locations in one day, so the conservative battery consumption means that one set of Sony NP70 batteries easily lasts the whole day. We had a few delivery issues but the one thing we can attest to is that the Hollyland customer service is best I have experienced from a technology company - they get back to when they say they will and are very solution orientated which is an important aspect of product purchase for us as a small production unit. We have already ordered two additional pairs to upgrade our kit and the whole team love them. Can’t wait to see what they bring out next.

Ich habe bereits den Mars M1 Monitor von Hollyland im Einsatz und habe diesen mit dem Mars 4K System erweitert. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist unheimlich gut. Ich hoffe nicht erwartet, dass Empfänger und Sender komplett aus Metall sind. Es gibt jeweils ein Gewinde an den Geräten, wobei man mit einem Aufsatz ein zweites Gewinde zu einem der beiden Geräte hinzufügen kann. Hier hätte ich mir zwei Adapter gewünscht. Für mich war es wichtig sowohl HDMI als auch SDI nutzen zu können. Ein 4K Signal bekommt man aber nur über HDMI. Sehr positiv finde ich, dass der Stromanschluss mit einem Gewinde kommt und man so das Stromkabel richtig sichern kann. Die Kompatibilität mit dem Mars M1 war einer der Kaufgründe und die Integration funktioniert problemlos. Die Übertragung des Video- und Audiosignals ist sehr stabil und im freien Gelände auch über große Reichweiten möglich. Ich bin mit der Latenz ebenfalls vollkommen zufrieden. Geringe Latenzen gibt es nur so wesentlich höheren Kosten. Auch wenn ich es selbst so fast nie nutze, ist die HollyView App ebenfalls als positives Feature zu nennen. Wenn man nicht an einen oder zwei Mars Empfänger senden, kann man das Videosignal auch auf 4 mobile Geräte kommen. Die HollyView App bietet dann alle Funktionen einen Kameramonitors. Rundum ein gelungenes Produkt und für meine Einsatzzwecke perfekt.

very affordable for a high quality 4K transmission receiver. I bought to pair with my Hollyland monitor so I could have a wireless setup for clients to view live video. i will bring for high profile shoots where there is the budget for a video village.
