Review: Display not functioning after 2 months but customer service corrected issue! - I purchased this clock at the end of January 2023 and was very pleased with the item up until 2 days ago (March 13) when the display started to malfunction. The first digit stays illuminated in various configurations. Unfortunately, the return window has already passed and I cannot send it back. I’m extremely disappointed because I adore the look of this clock. **UPDATE: after posting this review, customer service reached out to me to correct this issue. Though desertcart was unable to process a return, the customer service representative from the product’s company assured me that they would correct the situation with a refund or replacement. They have been incredibly proactive and helpful!
Review: time always changes; inaccurate and not worth the trouble - This is a piece of crap. Display color is fine but the time *always* changes and I need to reset it every few weeks. It also changes to military time on its own. Don’t buy this!
