It is a great supplement ,, I have MTHF deficiency and the first 3 purchases I was extremely happy, energized and happy.. but after awhile I got tired of the taste…. I wish there was a MTHF with no gelatin or flavor… I wish there was more flavors, I would buy…. It’s a good size, it lasts a long time and it didn’t upset my stomach at all!
