The chewable tablets seemed to work better than any gummies that we've tried. They were are also easier on their teeth than the gummies are. The kids also liked the flavor.

Okay so these are the best I’ve found! Same exact doseage as Zarabees from Walmart, but these actually work! My kids sleep ALL NIGHT with these… I used to buy zarabee’s,but they didn’t work!! My kid would be knowlck pullout 3 hrs then up the other half of the night!! These are the miracle all night sleep aides every parent needs for their kids to get a full nights rest!! Highly recommend and won’t ever stop recommending! 💕

A friend of mine shared a tip to help post-menopausal women stay asleep--1mg of Melatonin. Not 3mg, not 5 mg. Less is best, she said. So I started taking 1 chewable kids dose about 30 minutes before bed and sure enough I started to slept through the night! As directed, I stopped taking them once I started sleeping through the night. And when I start waking up again, I start taking them again. Rinse. Repeat. It's worked for me for years. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is I used to take Natrol Kids strawberry chewable tabs and they were (dangerously) delicious, but they were discontinued. I dislike the taste of these, but that may just be me... That said, 7 hours of sleep is way more important than 1 minute of flavor. I'd eat coal if I had to!

These chewables are a hit with my toddler: tasty grape flavor, gentle 1 mg dose, and helpful for bedtime routines. No sugar and clearly labeled ingredients—parents will approve. Solid value for budding sleepers. We did use this with our 2 year old toddler and although it helped him fall asleep, but noticed increased night time wakings. We would only use it for short periods as recommended initially by PCP. We don't use it anymore, but I still appreciate this product's quality and we are keeping it in the house. I will likely use it for myself should I need a little help dozing off.

This product has been a game changer for my son (11 years old). My son struggled with falling to sleep at night. He takes 1 tablet about 45 minutes before bed. Sleeps through the night and not groggy in the morning. We had tried other name brands and these are by far the best for our family. The last shipment we received was damaged. The bottle crushed and the tablets broken. Amazon would not refund or replace the item. However, Stephen with Nature's Night was awesome and refunded the cost of the product so we could purchase another bottle. 10 stars for customer service!
