Not once during a mile swim do I have to adjust it or feel like it's slipping or gaping. It doesn't keep my hair 100% dry, but I don't expect it to. It does what it's supposed to: keep my hair out of my face while I'm swimming. Other caps slip around and feel like they need to be adjusted many times during a swim (e.g. every lap!). This cap lets me concentrate on swimming without any distraction from a slippy cap.
